She tours nationally and internationally with her nine piece band and backup dancers in which she receives great reviews in the capacity of a lead singer/musical director and choreographer for her group.

Sentindo means Feeling in the Portuguese Language, a true expression of the way Silvana feels towards her work and the dedication she allotted to this project is evident in her rapturous lyrics and harmonic compositions.
